Delete your ChampHive account

How to request it

1. Send the email above from the address you use to sign in to ChampHive.
2. If you write from a different address, we will ask you to confirm from the sign-in address first.
3. We delete the account within 30 days and email you when it is done.

What we delete

• Your login: name, email, password, language and sign-in sessions.
• Your devices and notification settings in the mobile app.
• Your access to every club you belonged to.

What we keep, and why

Records your club holds about you or your child belong to the club, not your account. Ask your club to erase them. Payment records required by law, security logs for up to 30 days and backups for up to 35 days may remain.

If you run a club

If you are a club’s only administrator, ask another officer to take over first, or tell us in the email so the club is not left without an administrator.
