These terms cover use of ChampHive by a club and the people it invites. ChampHive is operated by Codeantech.
This is a standard starting policy and is not legal advice. A club should have its own lawyer review it before relying on it.
Setting up
We set up each club together with the club — there is no self-service signup. The club is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters.
Payments
A 1.2% fee applies to payments collected through the app. The club is responsible for the fees it charges its own families.
The assistant
The assistant is off until a club admin turns it on and uses the club's own AI account. It can never show a person more than they can already see.
Your data
The club owns its data. It can export everything and request deletion at any time.
